Not even close. God created the universe by speaking it into existence. Satan cannot create anything, except trouble, and the only way he can do that is by lying.

Inherent in your question is an acceptance of the existence of both Satan and God. Concepts about reality breed their own conundrums. Sometimes the way to solve a problem is to shake off a belief. I can ask the question, 'If I row to the edge of the world will I plunge into space?' The question appears as totally reasonable to anyone believing in a flat earth but not to those who conceive of it as round.

Satan's attempt to overthrow God is not a far removed event. We are caught up in that struggle, as are the third of angels who fell. Our struggle is over whether we will serve God or make of ourselves a god as Satan did. Satan is co-existent with us.
In the end no expenditure of energy will be expected of God. He has already won.

Not at all.

He can convince you to do things forbid in Islam. But you are strong in Eiman and the minute you suspect a Satan around you, say La Houl wa la quwatta illa billa hil aliuyul Azeem, and Satan immediately runs away from you.

Which means Muslim can learn to be stronger than Satan. When Satan sees that he can not over power you then he leaves you alone. Answering a question Rasoolallah replie, I have strengthend my soul very well so my soul has enslaved my Nafs and is in total control. It can not detrail me. Such strength of Eiman and high moral character makes Satan stay away.

NO. Satan is a fallen angel who creates trouble. God created all of existence. God will destroy satan after the tribulation.

Not comparable. Satan is a created being, God is uncreated. Apples and Oranges.

No.
God made Satan and is responsible for his actions. Satan is an extension of God's will.

Answering as an atheist, no and yes.

No, in the sense that neither exist, so they are equal in power.

Yes, in the sense that gods seem to have more followers (and clout) than Satan.
