Sometimes I say "Sh" to someone near me, not someone I like, but just someone who's being loud. I am very smart, not bragging, just saying. I am very tomboyish, does this turn off guys? And what about looks? I'm not ugly but not super gorgeous either. I'm not overweight, not really thin though.
Does this turn off guys?
Any of this?
I can be very quiet too.

Saying "sh" gets really really annoying. So I'll have to say yes. It's also a very immature thing to do. It gets your teachers annoyed, and everyone around you including both guys and girls. So the best thing you can say to get people to be quiet is to say, "Be quiet." or you just say, "shut up."
But don't say it too much, that gets annoying too, but not as bad as saying "Sh"
The only time you should shush people is when you're working with a lot of little kids. Like kids in elementary school and below.

All of that is within tolerable limits except the shushing. Of course even that is bearable if you're clever and humorous about it...(not a problem for you since you're smart, right?) Good luck. You're going to be just fine.

I think you be who you are, act the way you want to act, say what you want to say...etc...
If it turns the guy off, too bad. You can't go through life acting the way that someone thinks that you should act.
Being YOU, and finding someone that likes or loves the person that you are, is the only way that you would ever be happy with them anyway. You weren't put here to please anyone. Be happy with who and what you are, and find someone that feels that same way about you that you do.
There's only one you...enjoy that!

Don't worry about what you look like or say. Guys will like you for being who you are and confident. So...just be happy and you will see them wanting to be around you.
