Young Lady
Please forgive me but this has to be said
You are very misguided in what You claim

My Eldest Son is Gay
I came from an age where the belief was
No self respecting Guy would be seen dead carrying shopping bags
No self respecting Woman would be seen dead jumping on a garden spade

When I discovered this in my Son I totally mishandled the whole thing
It took four visits to a Gay Village 40 miles away from where I live
Talking at great lengh to other People before I could even begin to understand
In total it took me 26years to fully understand

I don't want to turn this into a rant
Briefly If You can't come to understand This is no more than a Karmic Lifestyle for that Person
A way for them to learn whatever it is they need to learn this time around Then it may well be the only way for You to learn is to come back Gay in some future lifetime and learn by direct experience

edit

What the Person next to me is saying is true
Of course they are born that way It doesn't make them any less Human than me

My son is gay. I love him no matter who he chooses to have sex with.
If an All-Seeing, Omniscient God exists, and he created all of us, then YES, he created gay people, black people, white people, brown people, yellow people, bigots, hypocrites, selfish people, kind people, loving people.

No, being gay IS NOT A CHOICE, as so many believe. I have watched many documentaries on both sides of the matter. I have come to the conclusion that you are born gay, just as you are born male or female.

My son was raised in a loving home, with heterosexual parents. I accept he and his lover because I love my son UNCONDITIONALLY, even though I am not a Christian or a member of any mainstream religion.

Why, if the Bible, states we should love each other, be loving and forgiving in all, Jesus taught more about love than any other subject, even your enemies are supposed to be loved, are there so many Christian groups that spread prejudices, even though they have not taken the time to educate themselves???

Even if I were a Christian, I would not and could not turn my back on my son. He is part of me. Wake up people, become educated as to ALL the FACTS, not just what you think you know.

Here we go with the chose to be gay bigot brigade.

They should get together and pay for a logo. Or at least a song.

But a bigot is a bigot, and a bigot is nasty.

So when did people "choose" to be straight.

Yes, if there is a god he made people gay. He did this either (a) because he is weak and incompetent, (b) because he is evil and creates people just to hate them or (c) because he does not care.

Its just pure logic.

Now take your pick.

Bigot badges available at the door. Wear them with false pride.

I don't believe in god, but if god were to exist, then yes god created gay people because I certainly didn't choose to be gay, I was born this way.

Yes God created all of us but did not create gays, just as He did not create wrong doers, we make our own live and the ones who chose to be gay have made their own lives, so I do not believe they were created to be gay, they chose to be gay
The bible says we shall not lay with someone of the same sex, so if that is true why would He create them, they chose it themselves.

God created man in His image, but God didn't create homosexuality because God calls it sin. God said clearly for man to not lay down with man. God will remove this curse from you if you humble yourself before Him. You never allowed yourself to become familiar with the opposite sex. Pornography never helps sexuality. It is a perversion and what we invite into our minds has controlling effects. If you seriously want to give up your perverted sex, God will deliver you from it. Many homosexuals have been delivered, married and have children and a normal life. It is like alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, gambling - you lay it down and don't look back on it and when you say no to it, the Holy Spirit purifies and refines you.

No man or woman was born gay and even if you received an ancestral curse instead of the sin act that you committed, the curse can be removed. It is God who changes hearts and minds.

God doesn't create people Gay or Atheist or even Christian for that matter. It is a FREE CHOICE!

God clearly teaches that he abhors homosexuality, so why would he create in his image something that he abhors?

That fails anyone's logic, plain and simple; I'm surprised that the issue is still being considered by people today.

God created Gay People like He created us all, but He did not make anyone of us gay.

Homosexuality is not God's design for our life. God loves us all, but He also asks us to change.

We are made in the image of Him means that we know right from wrong. Without God's standard of what is right and what is wrong, we are left to deal with human opinions about it.

We don't choose to be gay, we just are that way. And God, if that exists.. only want people to love each other. Pleople are born bissexual, didn't you know??
And another thing: We created God! It' wasn't the other way around...
