Or do you have serious reservations that you gloss over because you want to fit in socially and with your family?

Only God really understands my heart well enough to know how much self-deceit there is in me (and I'm sure there still is some) but I can tell you right now that I'm not pretending to be 'more' Christian because of my family or social pressures in any way. If anything, I wish I had *more* of a chance to talk about and think about the things of the Lord. I mean, that's why I'm here. I genuinely LOVE talking about the things of God --- if it were a put on, would I enjoy it and do it for pleasure? You know?

It is not that I never have doubts; I do. But when I do, I take those to the Lord and/or discuss it with friends --- or I ask questions here on YA! :) . I'm not trying to gloss over anything. What you see with me here is pretty much what you get.

I even have tried to describe my adventure at right here earlier; i found out it cant be performed. that is too stunning. My heart exchange into completely replaced. The Holy Spirit runs each and every ingredient of my existence. i'm a real soldier for Christ <3 and no, i do no longer think merely by way of fact im fearful of effects. I even have seen what some effects are, and thats unlucky. I make blunders each and all of the time, yet I even have God residing in my soul, and the guilt holiday i'm getting after sinning is greater suitable than ever. i regulate after i've got faith that, i dont merely get scared and run and disguise, and have faith by way of fact I could. My believing in God is an entire decision. He delivers my plenty love, believe, secure practices, compassion and forgiveness. It cant get any greater beneficial =] God Bless

Honest with myself and others about my beliefs, because I have weighed all the facts, educated myself in all aspects, and decided that Paganism is much more truthful, honest, and makes people look at themselves and become responsible for their own lives, instead of blaming a god or a devil for the rights and wrongs in their lives.
I have become a much more loving, responsible adult, continue to research and prove to myself on all matters of religion and beliefs.

I am honest with myself about my religion and could not give a pig's behind what society says about it. My family is actually cool with my being "Pagan" while my sisters are (at least nominally) Christian.

As being a Hellenic Polytheist is most assuredly NOT a majority religion, this has forced me to be honest about things....

Ummmmmmm.......
Neo-Pagan hippie types don't really fit in in the first place.
The friends I've made since I left the church are friends who'd stand by me regardless. I had to chuck some family and friends in the process. A small price to pay for being true to myself.

I understand my religion fully and share it with my family. I actually have no close friends outside of my religion and all of my acquaintances know what I believe so there are no social problems either.

of course I'm honest with myself, that's why it's so difficult, I'm pulling myself in every which direction every day.

I'm seriously leaning towards Judaism, I really doubt that it is too fit in socially, because I don't know any Jewish people in person, and my family, aside from my parents (who are non practicing Christians, but very open and accept my brother's choice of atheism), would hate for me to be non-christian, they hate the fact that I'm agnostic right now, but they would hate it more if I was Jewish, my grandmother would roll over in her grave.

I've been pretty honest with myself. In fact many of my beliefs do not coincide with the more fundamental beliefs my grandmother and mother both hold.

Completely honest with myself and family. Nothing about being atheist says I have to be obnoxious to relatives I love who happen to be believers.

I've learned to come out pretty soon with it when it comes to a relationship. Some people just can't handle my views and think I am a horrible person.

I like to get judgmental and ignorant people out of my life as soon as I can.
