Have you been evaluated by your family Chiropractor? Now may be the time. Cervicogenic headaches (headaches caused by problems in the neck) are very common and are generally not evaluated for by the medical profession because they don't know how.
Food allergies are a definite possibility, as well. It doesn't cost anything to perform the GOLD STANDARD of diagnostic tests for food allergies, because the gold standard is an elimination diet. There are many books on how to do an elimination test diet, try a search on Amazon.com.
I am assuming your doctors have tested you for Celiac Disease - a very common allergic disease to wheat, rye and barley. (However, I bet they did not test you!)
Best wishes and good luck.

Time to eliminate some food from your diet. Quit eating, wheat, corn, dairy and sugar and aspartame. If you start to feel better, then start adding 1 thing to your diet and see how you feel, it's an elimination diet. Also check around your house, did you get a new pet? Did you change your detergent? Is anyone using a new perfume? Chemical sensitivity is a major cause of headaches. Also check out if you have any mold, has your roof been leaking? Could be so many things.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.
Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
For forehead pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.
It may disappear naturally too.

You don't drink a lot of diet sodas; do you? The Aspartame in them can cause a lot of side effects. They call it Aspartame Poisoning. You can look it up online. If a person consumes a lot of it; they can have a slow death. It's so bad that some people are having false diagnosis for M S, Multiple Sclerosis, lupus, and many other ailments.
