I´m sorry, but that´s is not German. Euer (your), is OK. Do you mean Leben (life) by "liben" or do you mean Liebe (love)? Ist means "is" in German. The German word Satz means sentence in English (or could you mean " is put"? Kern means something like "core" or "central or most important part of anything" among many other words.
I try, how about: Your love (or life) is the core (or the most important thing ) of it all???
I´m glad my profession is not that of a translator, but maybe I got something right about the meaning, doubt it, though, because your question is really a tough one!
Hope you will get an answer by someone else, that satisfies you. Advice you to check the German spelling, though, because your sentence is just "unbelievable", sorry!

this looks very much like a machine translation from a German sentence - translating it back will not make it better.

I'm sorry, but that makes no sense. "liben" isn't even a properly spelled German word.
