Trying to get hired as firefighter, but worried about employment history. Quit 2 jobs w/o notice. Help...?

Just want to see if I have a legitimate chance still, given the popularity of the occupation. If anyone has any advice/experience, please help.

You can try and apply and see what happens. Depends on how thorough a background check your city does on applicants as to whether or not that will have an effect on you or not.

You can apply and see what happens, but don't count on the job. Quitting without notice wasn't the best move you ever made - especially doing it twice.
