and I'm not talking about a priest. I'm talking about a person who you hurt and feel bad for it and you've asked them for forgivness.

Well let's see, I aplogized to my husband last week, but I don't remember asking his forgiveness which I SHOULD of for just being in a bad mood. But I do teach the kids to say "will you forgive me" after they say they are sorry to someone.
Sometimes I will say "I am sorry" to one of my kids if I was confused about something, or got onto them for something that I should not have and realized later, I will say "Oh I am sorry" to them and then they will immediately say "I forgive you" -- it breaks my heart! But it is good....however just makes me melt, because it sounds SO sweet and reminds me that kids are SOOO FORGIVING! Praise God for them~

Last Thursday at school I lost my temper with my students. (There are 18 in my class.)
I had put out 30 new pencils at the beginning of the week, and they were all gone.
I fussed at them and told them if they had money to buy juice, ice cream, chips, water, and soft drinks at lunch, they ought to be able to bring their own pencils. It is the same 4-5 students every day.
Anyway, I aske dthem to forgive me for raising my voice.

I'm glad you reminded me--I've got to write a note to a friend I accidentally stood up the other day. I snapped at my husband yesterday and I asked him to forgive me.

Just about 10 days ago...and he forgave me...it was my fault..and I know it...and it hurt me just as bad to say I am sorry as it did when I was mad at him.

My husband cause I was a bit*h to him um but thats only cause when he is mad I dont get any.
