I wish I could draw you some pictures, to properly explain this joke. However, I will take a stab at it and hope for the best.
You see, AIDS is a sexually transmitted disease. And Condoms help to prevent the spread of these sexually transmitted diseases.
Hearing Aides are mechanical devices placed in the ear of those that have trouble hearing.
By placing a condom on each ear, this blonde is trying to prevent the spread of Hearing AIDS. (it's a play on words between AIDS, the disease, and Aide's, the device to help ones hearing)

My wife became ill! Didn't know what was wrong, took her to the Doctor, After waiting for an eternity, the Doc finally met me in the waiting room. I said: Oh Doc! Is she OK? what's wrong? He said: well she either has Aids or Alsheimers disease! I say: Hell Doc!, quite a big difference between the two!, What should I do? He says: Well, take her for a ride in the country, kick her out of the car and if she find's her way home, don't sleep with her!!!(Clean Version)
