what if you left the state. before getting the interstate compact complete, but they know the address you were going back to? 3rd degree lacerny i wasn't willing to wait 48- 72 hours i wanted to come home

They could just come arrest you, or they may just issue a warrant.

If they tell you to report, and you don't, they will issue a warrant.

I think your choices are pretty limited if you are ordered to report.

I realize you are in a difficult situation here, however, making an exception for you can open the door to all kinds of similar requests from other clients, and put your PO in a bad spot.

They can just come and arrest you. They are under no obligation to allow a person who violated probation an opportunity to run away.

The fact they knew you were going to violate probation changes nothing. They can't violate you until you actual violate the probation.

I'm sorry that your desire to "go home" is more important to you than your desire to comply with the law. There is a process to apply to go on trips like that.

They take a warrant out on the person who is on probation. My son is on probation and his probation officer almost took a warrant out on him because my son was avoiding him too many times.
