I was recently termanated from a job for attendence becuase I was hospitalized several times. How can I fill out applications to make this not show up and will I be refused for it?

Do I have to use this last job, can I just neglect to put it on paper? Can companies look it up?

Just be honest.. If it was due to hospitalization, they shouldn't hold that against you.

Do not leave this job off your application. Many companies check your work history and everything will come up on the report, including jobs that you did not disclose. However if you are not comfortable disclosing that you were terminated, it is important for you to know that when doing employment verifications companies cannot disclose that you were terminated. Therefore, you don't have to worry about the company you're applying with finding this out.

You are best just telling them a bit about the situation. They can review your credit history which may show you last employer. They can not look into your health history. Your not the first to have health problems.

Put it down on the application. If your health problems have now been resolved, it isn't likely to be a problem.

Believe it or not, you aren't the only person who ever got fired for something like this.

Do your homework....Know exactly why you were terminated, and be prepared to respond to ANY issue your previous employer had.
Showing confidence and owning up to the truth can NEVER be a bad thing.

Yes, you should put it on your resume. You don't need to say you were terminated, but be prepared to explain the situation.

Things happen to all of us at one point in our life.

Assuming you are better now. Companies will be interested in how you overcame your problem.

if you do neglect it, you have to explain what you were doing during the "gap" Just put on there, terminated due to medical reasons.

Always be truthful about how you were terminated; if you lie or omit it, it will come back to haunt you.

I would just not list that employer to avoid any problems.
