If he likes you, he shouldn't have too hard of a problem noticing you. Flirt a little, show him you like him with little hints such as always by chance being around him all the time. Smile at him nicely, do what he likes to do. Ask him out.

So yu are almost there...Just say hi a few times..that breaks the ice and then after a little bit you will have the courage to talk to each other. remember hes probably just as nervous as you are.

if u think he likes u then that means his noticing u, just give him time to ask u out. if u c that nothing is happening then, ask him to a gathering with a couple of friends.
