It take a little bit for us girls to get over a relationship, especially if we really liked the guy. Just give her some space, and ask her in a week or two. If she doesnt like you, she wont be able to think on an excuse for a no and she'll say it flat out, and if she does like you obviously she'll say yes.

Wait a while, like a week or 2, then ask her out again. Make sure you don't wait too long or she might be with someone else. Show her how nice you can be, flirt a little. If she shrugs you off, then be caring and a bit distanced.

honestly most of the time when a girl says that its just a nice way of saying no. She obviously doesn't want to hurt your feelings. If you really like her just be friends with her and maybe she'll end up liking you.

wait 4 her! be a friend when she needs one, and then, when you think shes ready, then ask again. if she turns you down again, then that might just be her way of saying no. so if she turns you down again, still be her friend, but back off a little and keep your eye out for other girls, there are plenty :)
