You shouldn't take anything without discussing it with your doctor. Or at least your parents. Too many vitamins can actually be more harmful than useful.
Maybe you're growing right now. That takes a lot out of a body. It makes you tired!
Besides school just started a couple of months ago. There is a myriad of reasons why you could be feeling tired!

Not sure if you can overdose on Iron supplements as I know with vitamins the body only takes it daily allowance and they rejects the rest. If your test came back normal then it is possible that it could be something other than insufficient iron

Try going back to the doctor but if your convinced its an iron problem eat more greens and there is water that you can buy with high volumes of iron in it. Drink a lot of orange juice also as it helps to absorb the iron.... and Guiness has a iron of iron try it as a punch with milk nutmeg and vanilla essence... mmmmm!

Iron tablets have a tendency to make you constipated and when you do gone you could have a shock as it might come out black... this is a road a absolutely refused to go down when i was pregnant and after having the baby

If you are 14, especially if you are female, it should be ok if you take a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement which contains just the RDA of iron. Since your blood tests are normal, a little iron might perk you up. As long as you are taking the RDA of iron, you will not be in danger of overdosing.

If you don't need one don't take one. Why use something you don't need won't overdose, on low dose, but why take one you you don't need. I don't know whats causing you're other problem. You should get some diagnoses for the fatigue and headaches , before you start with any supplements. Check with your doctor.

Overdosing on those supplements could send your body into shock, meaning no more iron pills for a long time.

Too much iron will constipate you!
Use your search bar to research iron intake.
At age 14, you really need to be eating food that provides what your body requires. As you age, you will realize how diet and exercise affect you.

Talk to you physician. If you are iron deficient he/she will recommend you take supplements and the proper amount. You can overdose and develop kidney/liver damage if you are not careful.

Never take iron without a doctor's approval. It can cause colon cancer. Find out the cause of your headaches and fatigue.
