No- you can't get Medicare either. It is only the Federal and StateTaxes portion that you can get a refund on.

For Social Security purposes, you only pay on $97,500 so the max for social security would be $6.045. Anything more a person would be entitle to receive an excess from either one employer or entering the amount on line 67 (1040) or the excess is included on the line for total tax payments on a 1040a. There is no limit for Medicare.

Generally no. The only time you can get any of it is if you had two jobs, and paid social security on more than the $97,500 limit for the year - then you can get the excess back on your tax return.
