I just have a few questions. Will I be able to take things like dramamine (and other non perscription drugs.) in my carry-on bag? And, aprox. how long is a flight from Boston, MA to London? Thanks for any help.

The flight from Boston to London is 6 hours 30 minutes, from London to Boston is 7 hours 25 minutes. This difference is due to the airflow.
I do see you having a problem with the dramamine. I frequently fly from Los Angeles to London (11 hour flight! lol) and have always teken cough syrup and aspirin in my carry-on. If you have any doubts you can always call the airport. :)
Have a fun time!

I carry on all my rx drugs anyway. Unless you get the raw end of the stick and they search your bag, I'd take them...you won't get in trouble, and Dramamine is easily replaceable. MA to London is about 8 hours I'd say.

You can take non-prescription but just make sure that they are in original packages. Not sure the exact length of the flight but just make sure you take plenty to keep you amused and if you can take a nap so you are rested when you land. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids and stand up and move around every few hours.
Enjoy your trip.
