this means they like you, and want to talk to you again. You should be happy about that. On your first interview, did they not discuss salary with you?

Second interviews are for the few people that they have narrowed the search down to.They usually bring back about 3 or 4 and choose from one of them.

2nd interviews are usually agood sign that it's down to a couple people and it helps to weed out the scum.
Regular cashier position? Maybe $10-$12/hr
