Hercules Hooks are crap. The hook twirls and turns when you attempt to hang something.. No refund; no phone #

Phone is disconnected. My credit card has been charged without my authorization. Isn't this illegal? How do I stop shipments and get refund???

Contact your credit card company, or your bank, depending on where the funds are coming from and let them know what has happened. They can reverse the transaction for you.

I can't believe people still buy things from that bearded, loudmouth jerk on TV. You actually gave them your credit card number? Good luck, you'll need it.
