Well it would not be good at all you could forfeit all pay loose rank and could get a dishonorable discharge. And since your a Sgt you could get probably would not be discharged but would have a lose of rank and forfeit of some pay and you could attend a rehab program. Dishonorable discharge would mean you could never hold a government job again and it would be hard to get a job. I'm not telling you to do this but you can get discharged if you find an excuse that you cannot perform your duty. Another way would be to make a statement that your gay or performed/verbalized gay intentions/actions. The U.S Military will not stand for gay so it will follow with a discharge. BUT if you get discharged for this do not expect to ever get back into the Military because you will forever foreit that option and alot of military jobs.

As a retired Naval officer I suggest you refuse the next chore you are given by a superior. That will net you some time in the brig or, perhaps, a court-martial that will award you a discharge.
I will say a prayer tonight that the men and women who report to you and serve under your charge can dismiss you from their memories. If your story is true, you are the worst excuse for a Petty Officer First Class I've ever come across. And I did 13 years as an enlisted man before gaining my commission.

Don't be a fool. If you fail a drug test, you do brig time and get a bad conduct discharge. If your really good, they change that to a general discharge but it takes years. This is not fail proof. It is not fool proof. Only a failing fool would do this to excape the military. Six years is right around the corner. You can do it standing on your head. Be a woman and do what is right.

We had a couple shipmates fail the piss test back in 90/91. These guys both got BCD's. From start to finish the process took maybe a month. In these cases, there was not any brig time. The ol' man wanted them off his ship asap. I don't know if it's scuttlebutt but I've heard you can have a BCD upgraded after being a civilian. Good luck mate.

Long enough that it won't be worth your effort...You'll also be busted down in rank, lose your veterans benefits, and do at least 45/45 and half months pay for 2 months.
I've known people who fail drug tests, want to get out and end up waiting around for a year or more for their discharge papers.
