What kind of spices do you like? I usually just grab montreal steak spice, or you can get some dried oregano, garlic cloves, a little salt and pepper, or even Italian spices. Mix what ever combination of those you want onto the meat and make patties. Personally, I don't add egg or anything like that, I find that the meat sticks together just fine without it. But go ahead and add some if you normally do.

If you want to get a little more time consuming (but not really) add diced onion, diced mushroom and shredded cheese to the mix, no need for any spices other then a little salt and pepper. Yum! =)

another good hamburger recipe is shepards pie. Frozen mixed veggies mashed potatoes and cooked burger. Layer bottom of baking dish with tato then vegies and burger mix top with gravy and some more mashed tato's sprinkle with cheese. bake uncovered for 45min at 350. a nice crunchy top layer with mmmm good that even picky eaters like

Ok - in addition to your ground beef you will need 1 egg, some salt and pepper definitely. Personally, I can't speak highly enough of McCormicks Hamburger seasoning so if you can get your hands on it - dump about a tablespoon or two in instead of salt and pepper. Also - a touch of A1 steak sauce. Mix all in bowl and then shape in to patties.

Enjoy!!
