Islam doesn't see God as a "Father" it would be more correct say they see him as a "Master", and Islamic people believe that christians, jews, and muslims do share a God because they all 3 trace their religion to Abraham.

The obvious answer is no. Muslims worship to Allah and Christians worship Yahweh/ Jehovah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit (or some combination of these).
However, Christians and Muslims share several of the same prophets, one being Yeshua (Jesus Christ). So, logically speaking, if they believe in the same prophets, and believe that the one true God spoke through those prophets, they are actually putting faith in the same creator. But even if Christians and Muslims could agree that they worship the same, 'one and only' God, they still have quite different visions of that God and use different names and language to articulate the concept.

We dont have to make this complicated at all. Christians and Muslims share the same God (for Muslims it is expressed in Arabic as "Allah". Just as Christians love Jesus (Yeshuwah)...Muslims love Jesus also. Jesus is considered the last Messenger (def:: a person who runs an errand or carries a message). Muhammad is considered the last Prophet (def:: a person that speaks for God; an inspired teacher or leader).

Yes, you are correct. Good eye! Some Christians don't believe we worship the same God because they've formed this image in their mind that Allah, the God that Arab people worship, as some dark-skinned, turban wearing god or perhaps have fallen for the story of the moon god. It seems foreign and distant to them, not realizing that where these people worship Allah is the same place where monotheism was born. Even Arabic speaking Christians refer to God as Allah.
The only difference in the idea of God is that, as you said, Christians believe Jesus was the son of God, or in some cases believe he was God Himself, while we simply do not. But if they believe in the God who created the heavens and the earth, and all in between, the God who Adam, Abraham, Moses, Noah and Jesus worshipped, then we absolutely share the same God.

Jesus is a prophet also a savior. Also the son of G-d. I feel that Muslims and Christians share the same G-d in name only. Not in beliefs. The arabic translation for G-d is Allah. That's all

I would have to say no, because according to the Muslims I have spoken to...Allah doesn't have a Son. Since Jesus is the Son of the Living God...then God and Allah can't be the same, in my opinion.

Muslims worship Allah and Jesus is just a prophet to them. To each other they don't share a God, but they both are monotheists.
This is to the person who thought that Muslims worship Mohammed. They DON'T. He's a prophet.

I was raised a Christian but I have come to the conclusion that the fact is we were created and every religion has a different way of worshiping god. I think its the same god preceved different my different cultures. we get to caught up on technicalities. I think in order to go to heaven you just have to understand we were created by a higher being, you have to understand that you are a sinner, but still be a good person and do right things.
