And if you quote the bible saying he was Pro-Eunuch and not pro-marriage at all, that begs the obvious question..........

Think about it. Jesus was a thirty year old Jewish man when he began his ministry. No one would have taken him seriously if he wasn't. To not arrange a marriage for your son was socially irresponsible.

I think he was married. Not sure about children, but married.

Where does it say that Jesus is "pro-marriage"?? He is anti-divorce (Matthew ch 5) but that's not exactly the same as being pro-marriage. Christ also says that He has come not to bring peace but to bring a sword, saying that He will set husband against wife, children against parents etc. and that anyone who puts these earthly relationships ahead of Him will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

St. Paul (1 Corinthians) says that the ideal Christian state is single unmarried celibacy. He makes concession to human weakness by saying that it is better to marry than to fall into sin if you are inclined to do so, but it is still best to remain unmarried like him.....

To all of those one here who say that Jesus was "probably married": If Jesus had a wife, don't you think she would have been referred to as such in the Gospels or in Acts? It would be an awfully strange omission, considering that Apostles and disciples spouses and families were mentioned, although not in detail. I mean even one passing reference to His supposed spouse - no such references exist. Hey, it wouldn't be the end of the world if He had been married, that's not what I object to here. What is claimed by most who believe in this is that somehow the Church knew He was married and wanted to cover that up and hide it through some sort of supposed "conspiracy", eliminating sources that supposedly did refer to His wife. It's more of an attack on the credibility and authority of the Church, and I recognise it as such. Like I said, I personally would have no problem with the idea of a married Jesus if it were really true and there were even a shred of credible evidence to support it.

Hey Jesus used to spend the nights at the pad of a LOT of rich women (not men) serving him.

Luke 8:1-3 NIV) After this, Jesus traveled about from one town and village to another, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve were with him, and also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary (called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out; Joanna the wife of Cuza, the manager of Herod's household; Susanna; and MANY OTHERS(*). THESE WOMEN WERE HELPING TO SUPPORT THEM OUT OF THEIR OWN MEANS.

Mark 16:40-41 (NIV) Some women were watching from a distance. Among them were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James the younger and of Joses, and Salome. In Galilee these women had followed him AND CARED FOR HIS NEEDS. MANY OTHER WOMEN(*) who had come up with him to Jerusalem were also there.

(*) MANY OTHER WOMEN... so Jesus was quite a popular good wine drinking playboy! His first miracle was to change water into wine! Jesus was accused of being a wine drinker and friend of prostitutes and sinners. He loved to have his feet extensively kissed by a prostitute at a party where the prostitutes were also invited.

Luke 7:45 (NIV) You did not give me a kiss, but this woman, from the time I entered, has not stopped kissing my feet.

Let's face it! Jesus was just another human being like any of us, except that he knew how to be particularly nice to the ladies playing the role of God going around forgiving sins! Hey, who doesn't feel guilty about anything?

Jesus lifestyle was not that of a married man...

No where in the bible does it say that he WAS NOT Married. No where in the bible does it say that he WAS married, though there are many clues that point to him being married. I believe that He was married.

Edit**
Sex is only a sin Outside of marriage.

The fact that such an event was not directly mentioned in the Bible does not necessarily mean that it did not happen.

Although old church beliefs would never allow for the possibility that Jesus was married, there are many scholars who now believe that he was.

I am Christian, and although there is obviously no way for me to know whether or not he was married, I would certainly think that is possible.

Read His words for yourself. Jesus said we are not to take vows or oaths, The traditions of men has made marriage the taking of an oath, a promise.

A promise can not be broken, it can only be completed (fulfilled)
