It's a phrase, "dar de comer."
You conjugate "Dar" and leave "comer" in the infinitive.
Ex: Do not feed the sharks! = iNo dé de comer los tiburones!
Or I fed the dog = Di de comer el perro.
So conjugate "dar" however you need to and leave "de comer."

Literally "Feed" means "Alimentar", "Dar de comer" ...
In context the phrase means something like this "no le "des" cuerda a los buitres" ...
Literally (word by word) ...it says "No alimentes a los tiburones" (Which makes no sense ...at all).
