Why am I being called an into semitist if I oppose what Israel is doing?

Because I dont support Israel and its crimes to humanity, I am being called, here on Yahoo groups the following, uneducated, anti semetic, a person who reads too much muslim propaganda and an idiot etc. Is that really fair? Am I automatically all these things if I oppose whats happening to the palestinians.

No, you have to resist their attempts to shut you up. Israeli crimes against the palestinians, esp in Gaza and the West Bank, are sickening.

and paperback, it doesn't matter if it takes up ''0.000000000000000001%'' of ''arab states'', part of it is the PALESTINIAN PEOPLE'S HOME. To you it's just ''0.000000001%'' of the land to them it is everything. The Palestinians belong to a country called Palestine, not Jordan not Syria not Lebanon. Just because the Palestinians share a religion with their neighbours, doesn't make them all the same. The Palestinians are not the same as the Saudi arabians are not the same as the Jordanians are not the same as the morrocans..

Did the Palestinians regect the partition ? and also, under international law, does that give israel the right to seize the whole land or does it call for further negotiations ?

OH YEAH and btw to those dumbas*es that call you ''anti-semitic'' for defeneding the palestinians, I think you should let them know that Palestinian people are SEMITIC TOO (As are all arabs.)

Im not sure why that is.
I personally would only call you an anti-semite if you were opposing Israel with no solid basis to go along with your argument.
Sometimes, neither side is right though. This issue isn't black and white. I won't go on a rant about how your views are correct or incorrect, however I just want to say, to everyone, look at both sides of the story, and THEN and ONLY THEN make your decision on who is really the victim in this situation.

i do no longer know why no person realizes this, however the Arabs on no account refer or nicely known Israel as a Jewish state because of the fact the situation with Palestinian refugees. that's constantly pronounced as the Zionist state or corporation or test or in spite of. Acknowledging Israel as a Jewish state would supply them the backing, from the arab countries, to maintain a Jewish majority in Israel on the same time as their purpose is to ultimately get as many Palestinians as achieveable to return to Israel and positioned the Jews in Israel at below 50% and then use that majority as political stress to alter the government.

First of all to make a piont in all of this Anti-Semitic issue, as you know the media has Made Israelis/Jews to be the only Semitic religion. THATS IS ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The three semitic religions are: Chritianity, Judaism, and Islam. Which the media has failed to tell us. Now you may ask how and why these are known as the Semitic religions, this is known as the semetic triangle because Christianity started in Betlahim, Palestine and Judaism started in Egypt, and Islam started in Saudia Arabia, so when you look at a map of the Middle East and trace how the countries link to each other it will form a triangle. I am sure that if you research all of this you will find so many sources explaining what Semitism is. So my point is that if you really are an Anti-Semitic then you not only HATE Jews, but you also hate Chritians and Muslims. So Do not listen to anybody, who ever you are talking to, calls you an Anti-Semitists.

regarding the question, you should check what anti-semitsm means in wiki and then you will see why you appear as one, I hope you can be a better person too and stop your hate and realise that if Israel is doing something it's forced to be doing it because hamas is sending rockets, suicide bombers, children to explode ! yes Children even women and girls to explode! also Just FYI some Gazan's go to the Israeli soldiers and ask them if they can enter Israel because they don't want to be part of them... search the news you will see people there prefer Israel then Gaza just ask them call someone there!! do some research! get first hand information! don't automatically assume that what is happening there is what people tell you, use your brain, and it's good that you oppose the wrong things that happen to them but you also have to understand that Israel doesn't want them to send rockets on it? so what would you do if someone send a rocket to your house? would you just sit and wait... well at first Israel did exactly that it waited 7 years.... and guess what the rockets didn't stop... so something had to be done and that is why it is now targeting the hamas

You are NOT an anti semite if you oppose or criticise Israel.

You are NOT an anti semite if you find fault with some of Israeli's actions.

If you criticise ONLY Israel, without also acknowledging what the Arab countries and terrorist groups have done and still do to her, then you are being unfair.

If you criticise Israel based on partial or inaccurate information, then you are being unfair.

If you ignore or dismiss the many, many efforts that Israel has made to achieve peace, and also the fact that the Palestinians are even now attacking from Gaza, then you are being unfair.

If you believe that the Jewish state has no fundamental right to exist, THEN you are being anti semitic.

Does this help? I really hope so. Consider that Israel's behaviour and record is no worse, and is in fact better, than that of numerous other nations.

Also, do remember that Israel takes up a miniscule 0.01 per cent of the middle east. There are, though, 22 Muslim countries.

But it's not Israel's fault that the Arab world rejected partition; partition would have meant a Palestinian state back in 1948. You can't blame Israel for that.

but i don't hate the Jews .even though they have the upper hand in the Region ,

Be thankful that you are allowed to voice your "criticisms" without fear of being killed. Just try to criticize KSA government or Venezuela and see what will happen to you. The Talmud is full of all sorts of discussions pro and con on everything.

Because you only focus on what Israel has done wrong, and ignore all the crimes against humanity going on in every other country in the world, including the insane crimes against humanity committed by the Palestinians, meaning that you are holding the Jews to a different standard than anyone else and deciding that they alone are at fault, hence you are anti-Semetic. If you acknowledge that the Jews aren't the only ones who have done wrong and realize the Palestinians have also committed crimes against humanity, you can hardly be called an anti-Semite, now can you?
