Yes..If you cover it, it generates its own heat and will cure well.

Yes as long as it doesn't freeze the water in it. In the wintertime they try to keep the new pours insulated so that curing won't take a very long time.

I assume you're talking about degrees F, not C..... god-forbid, you use the same unit as the rest of the world!
