So now Im in a finanical spot in life that I can continue to make payments and I tried to negoiate with them and they said "im in no spot to negoiate with them, that I owe them in full plus lawyers fees and they want the computer back? What can I do? Cuz if they get the computer back I still have the make the full amount. I feel like dumping the pieace of crap in the trash!! What can I do?

Hrm - doesn't sound fair that you should have to pay AND give the computer back! I'd call and talk to one of their reps and try to negotiate. You are responsible for all fees but, they should be able to work something out. A lot of the times your talking to a collector who makes commission off the amount of money they collect - aka ... they want as much as possible out of you! Ask to speak to a supervisor. Just keep this in mind - don't get all cocky or demanding .. after all you owe them!

So it is their fault that you screwed up and could not make the payments, or their fault that you did not take protections and possibly got a virus. Get real, yes always blame the company because we cannot accept responsibility for ourselves, and our actions.Life happens all the time, either we stand up to it and rise above, or we fail. If you cannot live up to a commitment, then do not make that commitment, or live with the consequences. If they did not have to hunt you down, but you kept in contact with them the whole time the situation most likely would be different but instead you tried to hide, as in to run. Never run from your creditors, always keep an open line, now you have not only lost your credit rating, but their trust. Good luck

Go to FTC.GOV and look up the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act...you are being harassed by a collection agent, and you don't have to take it! Get the facts and fight back!
