He would get sacked and then call them witches and burn them all at the stake. Then he would cast a spell of impotency on the rest of the other team and curse their families with locusts and pestilence. (Jesus is a widely known "Poor Sport.") All this would really make Jesus happy, so he would then celebrate halftime by turning all of the audience's beverages into wine... even the little kiddies'. After a drunken recital of Hallelujah, led by none other than HOF Coaches Mike Ditka and John Wooden, everyone would ritualistically eat a plate of Spaghetti as a tribute to the great FSM.

His name is a red herring. Plenty of boys are named Jesus, or the Hebrew version of that name, Joshua (the real name the Hebrew Messiah was actually called).
The player named Jesus shoud take an apparent 3 point shot, that is really a pass for an easy dunk shot inside, while defenders in the paint are bracing to jump for a rebound, that will never come!
