I think of it as a pee-wee hockey match. We're all fumbling, bumbling, falling all over each other, and nobody ever really hits the mark or "gets ahead".
I keep thinking of the South Park episode where one of the four is required to do community service and has to coach a pee-wee hockey league. Those little animated kindergarteners were all over the ice, crashing into each other, losing their helmets, falling over and crying for mommy, and the puck meandered past the lot of them.
