When you sleep, your spirit will often leave your body, travel into the spiritual realm, even connect with other spirits, and the return before you wake. Dreams can seem really real, because they are, but in the spiritual realm. If people had a different perspective on what dreams were really about, they might understand, why reincarnation would happen quite naturally. Life is in cycles. The spirit is not lock into the body completely, but is dependent on the body, to really connect with the reality that counts the most. After death, the spirit will eventually want to return to the confort of a body that fits its needs. Reincarnation of the continuous type, keeps one in this reality, contained in this universe. It does not allow for escape into an alternative reality type afterlife, more to someones liking. The struggle of life keeps the spirit well exercised, vital, and spiritually strong. It brings out the most potential in the human spirit. Our focus should be on contributing to addressing the serious problems of this world, because that same skill will be useful in future lifetimes.

Why are you so concerned about what happens after you die?

What good are you to anyone when you are dead and gone?

Why not focus your energy on helping people in this world?

In my faith, we are taught that the afterlife will be taken care of and that we should focus on "tikkun olam" - repairing the world.
God needs us to do the good work in this world.

Now, you ask how do I know that there is a God?
Look around you - what do you see that humans cannot make?
We can't make the sun, trees, the wind or the ocean.

Close your eyes and imagine a world without all that there is - food, air, life!
Who do you think made that?

Why are you afraid of it? There's no reason to be. If there isn't an afterlife, there isn't one. Are you worried about not fulfilling everything you want to accomplish? Or do you just fear nonexistence? Death is just an end. It comes to everyone. Once your body stops, you won't need anything else. Live your life to the fullest while you've got it. What happens after you die is a moot point if you've done what you wanted to do.

One of best proofs there is a God AND an afterlife is known as Near Daeth Experience (NDE). It is well documented that "diers" who wake up alive usually relate about a bright light at the end of a tunnel. Someone tells them they must,"Go Back"...your children need you or something like that....whatever the religion or culture...the experience is similar.

Did you just ask the same questions?

I believe that no two people are alike. What gets me through the day will not get you through yours. So if you need there to be an after life then let there be an after life. I am personally more afraid that there isn't one and I will waste the chance I get to live.

I am a very religious person. I go to church every sunday and to a youth group every sunday night. I know there is a GOD because when i pray unbelievable things happen. Like the time I prayed my sister would find her friend's cell phone that my sister lost in the girls locker room. It turned up 2 days later.

That question can only be answered for you by you. If there is no afterlife, so what? Live your life to the fullest. Be kind. Be generous. Be truthful. It makes you feel good. Then, if there is an afterlife, you have it made.

There IS a God! Do you think these suspicions and worries aroused by themselves? No! God created you in His likeness. He wants you to WANT Him. By worrying about no afterlife, you may be tempted to go to Church, read the Bible, or hopefully even become a Christian. Once you do that last step, you will fell complete--trust me!!

Paul mentioned in Philippians the place he exchange into in impending risk of being finished that he exchange into looking forward to departing and being with the Lord. in addition in Peter's letter there is not any anticipation of purgatory in any respect. No point out of the assumption everywhere interior the recent testomony. i think of St Catherine ought to have been deceived. besides, i might like some greater stories of supernatural issues, seeing angels and so on. One has somewhat adventure, yet greater could be advantageous.

I know God is real because he created everyone and everything,
you dont think everything just "appeared" from nothing.

John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

So if you give you life to Jesus Christ you shall have eternal life in heaven. I hope to see you there someday =D
