Is everyone that is a Dale Jr fan ready for him to drive the #88 car. this is a big change but are you ready for it. Hopefully he will be better in 08 than 07. what do you think?

I'm ready big time...Can't wait..I'm going to be in Daytona to see his first race with Hendrick...Looking forward to seeing the 88 in victory lane and making the chase next yr.. I'm so over 2007 it was awful for Jr and his fans.

I don't know about them being ready for Hendricks, but I believe that they're ready for HENDRICK!! Sorry, it gets misspelled so much that it's become a pet peeve of mine.
I do think that many of his fans have unreal expectations, and the media will have even higher expectations. The press will be all up in arms if he doesn't have a win within his first 10 races. It amazes me how some fans and media who claim to be experts on this sport don't understand it much at all.
I like Jr., and I hope he does well next year. I'm sure it'll be better than this year, but I wouldn't expect a championship next year.

I wouldn't go as far as to say he is going to win the championship next year. He might wanna start off with winning a race first & then maybe go from there. One thing is, will the Jr fans who hate Jeff & Jimmie still throw beer cans at Gordon & Jimmie if they win? I also don't see Jr rising to the top of NASCAR at HMS in his first year. I think he will do better, but what if he fails there as well, then what will Jr fans excuses be then? I do wish him well, even though I am not a big fan of his but he is a nice guy though.

Well the pressure will be on JR. to perform for sure. He is going to a winning team with proven winning cars.
I think this will really be a big make it or break year for JR.
If for some reason he doesn't do well... it might be over for JR! Don't get me wrong and jump all over me Jr. Fans I am one too, and my fingers are crossed for him, but he will be facing lots of pressure.

After this season, I'm ready for Jr to try to race a Segway next year. JH50, my optumism is based on Jr's history of bouncing back from bad years. Remember, pretty much every time bad luck got to him this year he was running pretty good. It'll be nice to see him with a car that'll stay together on him.

I hope so.
I know as a Hendrick fan I am ready for Jr. to come on over and hopefully the trash talking will subside or they will find another team to trash talk.

and see how he does( neither am I a Dale Jr. hater)
But I am a HMS. fan.I do hope he is happy there.

I am not really a Jr. fan, but man, he is is gonna be awfully good with that equipment! He will definitely make the chase!
