if you have to "make a list of questions to ask" your date...you should NOT be going on the date.
this is not a business situation.
it is unfair to you and your date.
he will resent the questioning and never go out with you again.
relax...be yourself...things to talk about will pop up.
The only question you should ask your date is...
'what do you think of that?'
and listen to his answer.
he will feel good about that you sought his opinion.
