I'd say saffer for all would be late 20's ,time's have changed,as b/4 girl's would be about ready as early as 14 yrs old, nice to be pure ,i'd say on both side's really. Yet saffer after school and college are done, and time is more liberal and at a well brought place ,to be able to fit such as marriage into one's life. One important thing is people need to stop sleeping around ,now that destroys people it's like a curse, you dont want to marry someone that has a body that has been used by others ,really yet God is mercifull yet is one wortthy,or would you give them a chance, and be merry till death do you part.amen.

Age never denotes a certain level of maturity, but I understand how it would be much easier to just generalize. Unfortunately, the results are faulty. Sometimes people grow up too quick, others bloom later.

I think that it really depends upon the person. That's like saying, "At what age do MEN finally become mature/stable to date?" Same crap...different gender.

there really isn't a certain age. Some adults are immature all their lives and whatnot. I say about mid 20's or older. =]

It depends on the person. She can be 18 and be very mature or be 28 and be totally immature.

Well since I know some 15 year olds that behave more mature than my step mom, I would say there is no age.
Just try them all out to find the right one.

I don't know if you should be asking when WOMEN become mature enough to date; you should ask when MEN are!
i think it depends on the age of her partner. i think that in general, women "grow up" at around 25. men, on the other hand, grow up around 30 :)
