i know that we get attacked in the R&s section .but shouldn't we post and answer qs over there to clear the misunderstandings about islam..some of the questions here are very good ..it's a shame that they are only viewed by muslims

Because in R&S we get a load of bad comments and abuse when we ask Islam related questions. Some peoeple say TERRIBLE things....Astagfirullah, I'm not gonna repeat what they say....
If you wanna ask questions about Islam then it's better to post them here than in R&S. You will get proper answer minus the insults.

I have concluded that Muslims have found this place to be a place for them to ask and answer among themselves so that they get responds to their questions from Muslims - because in the R&S section, first - they are attacked and the question just loses the point between those who try to attack it and those who try to defend Islam... and second, many questions are posted in the R&S section and so the question might end up being lost among the endless numbers of other questions before someone who is capable of answering finds it.

So this has become like a specialized section for Muslims that even non-muslims visit to read and ask and share their thoughts about Islam.

If you are talking about Ramadan questions it is because Ramadan is the 9th month in the Islamic calender and is the most holy month for Muslims. If you are talking about why Muslims post questions about Islam in the USA it is because Muslims are attacked by non Muslims in the R&S section.

Maybe because when muslims post questions and need a good answer, they dont have time to go through all that bias garbage that the Kuffar put, especially the athiests, so yes we need to spread the word, but people ask questions to get answers, not stupid comments.

Salaam Alaykum...thumbs up lavender..I read such horrible things...that in R and S is anything but spiritual. Some things people on there say is SO full of Hate and they love to bash Muslims and say we worship the moon and a false prophet and are going to hell like Bin Laden.
Sick..it is safer here. It makes no sense to engage them here about what we believe some don't even know all our prophets are the same and say we don't believe and Jesus. I
found it a waste of time..and the insults are not from spiritual people at all but nasty and cruel. They call Muhammad PBUH a pedophile and insult our beloved last prophet. No way.
Wasalaam

I go to the R&S once in the while and leave with a headache,, too many questions,,too many unrelated answers.
here it is cozy,,mostly muslims who understand your questions..and some non muslims who are nice and respectfull...except imkelv,,,I cant even remember how to spell his nick he likes to make mischief.

i come over here to intetact with people I share something in common with.
Possibly the only reason I go to R&S is to defend islam when non-muslims ask questions about it or give false information.

Because many Muslims and people will answer the question quickly.
