Nothing that can spoil when left out for more than an hour. No mayo, stay away from 'raw' butter (not put into cookies or cakes) A lot of kids have nut & other allergies, so send along a note with ingredients for the teacher. Chex mix is a good think, jello jigglers, may be too mooshy after an hour or so. See what the kid likes & figure out the 1 hour rule from there! Good luck!

Canned goods, peanut butter, pancake mix, cereal. Anything with a long shelf life, that does not need refrigeration.
