My children 2years and 4, do not like to eat meat, or veggies unless the meat is a form of cold cut.
I have tried sneaking veggies into pasta sauces...doesn't work...along with other ideas I've found on the internet but none have worked very well. I need dinners and luches that are healthy but sneaky and taste GOOD..lol...HELP
I'm planning on getting a blender too, so any blender recipies are much welcomed.

You're half way there, and when you have the blender, you'll be golden.

Cook up hard vegetables like carrots, turnips, etc. Or thaw frozen peas, lima beans, green beans, etc. Put them in the blender and puree until they're like baby food.

Freeze dollops of any pureed vegetable on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Once they're frozen solid, put the blobs of carrot in a plastic freezer bag and label.

Slip those into any opaque sauce, like pasta sauce or beef gravy.

Make raw veggies and fruits fun. Try ants on a log or peanut-butter celery. Use dips for red pepper string or snow peas. Serve apple slices with cheese on top. Mix berries into same-flavor low-fat yogurt. Make twice-baked potatoes with bacon bits, cheese, and sour cream. Roast red potatoes or brussels sprouts with garlic and oil. (Yeah, it's amazing--my family asks for brussels sprouts!)

If what they like is deli meat, then stop buying anything processed (bologna, salami) and go for turkey, low-fat ham, or chicken. Have tuna on hand and offer it occasionally.

And remember that kids' bodies tell them what they need, so when and if they're not getting the protein they need, meat will have more appeal. Just make sure you don't offer them unhealthy choices like fried and breaded meats.

Ingredients: One packet of 'golden rice' or 'savoury rice' made by most supermarkets or Bachelors One tin of red kidney beans in chili sauce Optional ingredients: handful of almonds an apple a banana yogurt Method If you have almonds its especially tasty if you 'dry fry' them over a low heat until they are just going brown (you can use the same pan, just do it before you cook the rice and tip them out when they are cooked). Then once the rest is done, stir the almonds in. Open the rice, tearing just the top off, tip it into the pan, take the pack and almost fill it with water (about 1cm from top), add the water to the rice, bring to the boil then simmer, (if you have an apple, cut it up into chunks and add it when there is still some water left in) when the water has gone add the chili beans and heat through, add the almonds if wanted, stir and serve. Pour into bowl or plate (this is enough for two dinners, so you can keep half for tomorrow) If you have a banana chop it over the top. And or yogurt. Or peanuts if you like (yogurt banana and peanuts go well) Eat and enjoy! Incidentally Woolworth's have cheap utensils. Have fun at Uni

Hmmm. If you've the money, invest in a juicer. You can mix some veggie juices in with their fruit juice. The pulp is easier to disguise than chunks are. Will they eat pizza? Hide the veggies under the sauce or cheese and put pepperoni (or whatever they will eat) on top. Nachos? You can melt veggies in with the cheese.

Try making them salad sandwiches (tuna salad, ham salad, etc). Chop up some veggies and put it in with the mayo. You could try quiche. That might work. (Tell them it's scrambled egg pie?) Baked potatoes filled with stuff can be good.

Instead of trying to hide their veggies (which you might end up needing to do, I'll grant), find out why they don't like them. Maybe if you guys do a cooking project together, they'll try something. Figure out something that involves a lot of mixing and putting in of ingredients. If they get to make it themselves, they might be more willing to eat it.

Kids need to see a food on their plate almost a dozen times before they will eat it.
Instead of hiding the foods they should eat, slice them into tiny bite sized servings and don't say anything about them at dinner.
On a dinner plate, put some pasta [ I assume they eat that ] some small pieces of chicken and a small portion of veggies.
Don't call it to anyone's attention that they didn't eat anything except the pasta.Just remove the plates when they are done.
Try and have a small dessert out of baked/fresh fruits or yogurts.
It may take a while but they will try it eventually.

There is no one single Paleo Diet, as our ancestors from all over the world ate dramatically different diets depending on the climate where they lived, their landscape, accessibility to water bodies, and the latitude that they lived. This is a detailed meal plan for the paleo diet https://tr.im/AVObf

In some cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% plant foods and 10% animal foods, and in other cases, a Paleo Diet may be 90% animal foods and 10% plant foods.

For example, our ancestors that lived near the equator had year long access to more plant materials such as root vegetables and various fruits, veggies, and nuts.

On the other hand, our ancestors that lived at higher latitudes further away from the equator only had access to fruits and vegetables seasonally at one specific time period per year, and had larger periods of the year where they ate a higher % of meats, organ meats, fish, and other animal-based foods, or fermented foods that could be stored for winter.

2 cans reg corn (drained)
2 cans cream style corn
1 16oz sour cream
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400*
Bake 45 mins to 1 hour

My kids love it and ask for it. They probably won't see the cream style corn but you could blend the corn(?) Haven't tried that but it might work.

once you get a blender, make a pasta sauce like spaghetti sauce, and add blended meats and veggies in the sauce, that is if they like sauce on their pasta.
