I have two tips for you.
1.) Eat peppers. Capsaicin helps cold sores heal faster (I read it somewhere). Last time my boyfriend got one I fed him jalapenos, used red pepper flakes on his food and cooked with other peppers and it went away much faster than usual.
2.) For any sore you can use a hot compress many times a day to bring red blood cells to the surface to speed healing. Get a clean wash rag wet with hot (as hot as you can stand) water and use it to apply pressure to the sore. When it doesn't feel hot anymore unfold it to find a hot side or re-wet and repeat. I would do this for 5 min at a time throughout the day.
Good luck!

Unfortunataley there isn't really a quick way to get rid of them but to keep them moist and to stop them from spliting apply vaseline to them every so often, this will help them to heal as when they are dry they crack and get worse. Hope it helps xXx
