i went to a japanese place and had chicken teriyaki with noodles and was wondering what these were called. they are soft and similar to alfredo noodles with a tan color to them.

If it was like chow mein, it was "Yakisoba".

Most likely Soba Noodles

If you are near a Meijers they sell them in the International Isle,or try a Chinese food store,but I think they are Rice based,I buy them all the time for my family because we are gluten-intolerant.Of course I don't have any now so I can tell you the brand name,but I think It's Simply Asian,red box!

I think they are called lo mein.....that's what they are called at a Chinese resturant
