Try working out about 2 or 3 times a week. If it is that bad then maybe you should talk to a psychiatrist and they will help you diagnose the problem.

You need to give yourself a break. There is no shame in expressing sadness or frustration. If you need to cry then cry. Not showing emotion doesn't prevent anything except a clear view of your real issues.

You are strong enough to say out loud to the world that everything is not ok. You are strong enough to come here and ask for help. Like crying, sharing you pain and asking for help from those who know you and love you is not a crime. Call a close friend ask if they have time to hear you out and together see if there is anything that can be done.

Don't try to be pefect for others, just be honest with yourself.

I'm too sensitive too, and it doesn't help things to hold in the tears.

If you find yourself crying a lot, you may have an anxiety disorder, or maybe depression. Check out this website and see if any of it gels with you. Maybe you can take a test. Either way, they'll help you. If you need a dr., they'll find one. They are good and kind people.

That sounds familiar.

It sounds like you have a severe case of depression, and perhaps some kind of chemical imbalance in your brain that renders such control very difficult.

I do have suggestions:

1)Get counseling.
2)Get assertiveness training. It helps to actually feel like you are in control.
3)Along with the counseling, see if the doctor can recommend some kind of therapy or medication.
4)Try to get sunshine and exercise. Believe it or not, those do release some 'feel-good' chemicals.

Good luck,!
