He's saying that you don't talk to him enough. You need to talk to him about everything, you can't make him assume your feelings/emotions. He cannot read your mind, and when you don't communicate it starts arguments and also he may not be getting enough attention from you. Just try and ask him thins like how his day has been, tell him you love him...things to let him know you care. Try not to be selfish if this is the case.
