I had this 2 weeks ago. Dodgy feeling stomach and tiredness and feeling a bit hot at first. Then I woke up in the night with raging fever and had to stay home from school. I was off for a week and since I been back, its spread all over the school. Just drink alot of smoothies, have a bath. eat plenty of fruit and go to bed and watch some TV. It goes in about a week. Ibuprofens for headaches, fever etc. Not aspirin. I found that a bowl of hot steaming water with a drop of olbas oil in it and a towel over my head cleared my headache and congestion.

Feel better aye?

:]

Sounds like the flu. Stay home from school/work, drink lots of fluids, eat some chicken noodle soup or chicken broth, relax, nap, and take it easy.

You'll feel better in a few days. If it gets worse or you have a sore throat then go to the doctors because you might have strep throat.

I'm sick right now too. ;(

I truly do not know and I do not want to give you any wrong answers to make your sickness get worse but my advice is to go to the doctors. If you do not want to go then drink lots of hot water. Also there is this really great medicine for helping to heal your fevers and nausea, it is called tiger balm. I always use it when I get sick. There is at least three of them at my dad's house. I hope you feel better soon! - _ -

Sounds like you have the flu starting. Drink lots of liquids and go get some rest. Leave the fever ALONE as that is your bodies only way of fighting off what is bugging you.

Get to the dr. now. If you are getting the flu, and it sounds about right, you have 24 hours to receive an injection which really, really lessens the uncomfortability of the flu. It helps you fight it. But you have to go NOW.
