Place leftover dressing into a greased 7 x 11 inch or 9 inch square pan or dish. Mix 2 cups chopped turkey with one can of Cream of Celery Soup and one half can of water or broth. Pour over dressing. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and return to oven for 5 - 10 minutes for a light crusty top. Serve with leftover sweet potatoes or green beans.

Turkey a la King!
It's great because it's a terrific use for both the white and dark meat. It's also a real food chameleon because you can season it many different ways to your liking: it does NOT have to taste like it's Thanksgiving turkey all over again!
Simply "pick" the turkey off the bones, shredded or chunking (it doesn't matter 'cause it'll sort of all meld together) and tossing them into a bowl. You then need to make some sort of a "binder". I think leftover gravy is great, but you can also use some broth thickened with corn starch. Mix these together in a large saucepan, season well (I think this is a great time for CAJUN!), add peas and/or mushrooms and serve over noodles, rice or toast. If you want to fancy it up, get some Puff Pastry boats (frozen or in the bread section) and spoon it into them. Instant elegant in less than 10 minutes and it can be made to fit the taste you're looking for!

Get a sub roll and toast it in the oven ( butter it and sprinkle a little garlic powder)
Mayo, Turkey, gravy, stuffing, and cranberry sauce or jelly and top with your favorite cheese and throw back in the oven for 5 more minutes until cheese melts!! YUMMY!!!!
Also I always make Turkey and dumplings same as chicken just use your turkey carcass.
