they usually like someone in around the same group as them. But in general I think guys are more accepting of girls that aren't as popular as them than girls

well. it depends on which guys you're talking about.
in high school, from my experience, i've found that the popular guys usually like the popular girls. it's just the way things are. but the not so popular guys will often be in relationships with other not so popular girls. not that popularity really maters. but it's just the way it is.

not in all cases. Some go for popular. some go for the thick. some go for the busty. some go for brains. Some go for distinct characteristics or a list of them. and then there are the ones who like a whole lot of a$$. At which, it's always a popular girl. Some guys aren't even interested in the popular girls. Some of them are the most widely sailed sea there is, if you catch my drift.

At certain ages they do! Like when you are in middle school and the beginning of highschool they do because they are still not totally confident with themselves so they try to build their ego by dating the popular girls but as they get older most of them start going after the girls who tuely get them! The ones who are smart, have good characteristics and who are somewhat good looking! Looks always play a part! I've asked guys and they've said that they don't necissarily want a hot goirl but like the ones that they go for are usually cute and pretty!

Guys like the hot girls, but cant always get them. If you want someone, whether you are popular or not, put yourself out there, or the "popular" girl will win every time.

of course they do, just like girls like popular guys. Its the law of nature, to gravitate toward the strong and best looking.. It doesnt mean you cant also like someone that isnt popular, just you may need to get to know the person some.

popularity has nothing to do with a guy liking ur or not ! but usually popular girls are nice smart and maybe cute! so yeah guys might like that ;) but it depends on the guy

of course not. Only guys that are stubborn would like popular girls. In fact, popular girls are stupid. You know, I'm not pretty myself, but I got lots of guyfriends. All you have to do is be nice. ^-^ Thats what I do.

of course not!! not all guys like popular girls. guys will like you the way you are even if you are not popular. just be yourself. you'll never know you are more likeable than the popular girls.
