Sorry this may sound disgusting.... but green foods make me gag. I can't eat lettuce, green beans, peas, artichokes, etc. Do they all contain a similar "ingredient"? Could it be an allergy?

Sounds mental. What if green beans were red or blue? Try adding some color to the pot and see what happens.
A had a friends who would not eat anything red. It was mental and finally we made her eat some catsup and she realized there were some good tastes she was missing and now "red" is not a problem for her.

The green foods are the highest in nutrition that your body needs. Without green foods you body will not thrive. If you just cannot make the adjustment try a good whole food supplement. Juice Plus+ is a capsule made from vine-ripe produce, and you can get fruits in one capsule and veggies in another capsule. Maybe you should try those.http://www.juiceplus.com/nsa/pages/Home.soa?site=Lb53116

Good luck, but work on it. Your life is at stake.

That really doesn't sound like allergy. It seems like you just hate the taste of green foods. Basically normal, although you do need to eat some green vegies, because they help you grow and become very healthy. They are better than regular vegies, because the green vegies contain B vitamins. So to answer your question, no that is not allergy. It is basically all in your mind. You will eventually start liking them sooner or later.

No, but they are all grown in soil. Do you think that it's associated with an unhealthy experience you may have had when you were younger? Or is it that you buy these items from the same supermarket? See what makes them similar.

It could be. It might just be a "fear" if you will. It sounds wierd, but it's possible.
