Hi there...what you may probably being seeing is called a tapeworm. It is caused by ingesting flea larvae when a cat grooms themselves. For more on tapeworms: http://www.marvistavet.com/html/body_tapeworm.html

Most over the counter products fail to eliminate the parasites unfortunately and can sometimes be fatal if the cat has hidden health ailments which only a veterinarian could detect through examination.

Consider ringing your veterinarian and schedule an appointment to bring your new kitten in. Additionally, your kitten will need vaccinations (if not received already) as this is critical in a cat's lifelong health routine.

Maybe it's a tapeworm or a worm that came from our cats butt if you have a cat. if you have cat, take it to the vet. They might give you medication for the cat to fix the problem.

Didn't someone already tell you it is a TAPEWORM. If it came from the cat, that is most likely what it is!!!!!!

Treat for fleas, and either go to the vet for medication, or go to pet supply store for TRADEWINDS wormer tablets.
