I get surreal dreams but could never explain the atmosphere and realism to anybody (boring to have to listen to anyway!) Also do you think nightmares are a way of your brain's computer processing out the bad thoughts in them. Sometimes I have a recurring dream about losing my handbag, with everything in it I own, probably a sign of insecurity. Be interested in your opinions. Thanks.

Dreams often tell us a specific message if we are careful about what is going on in our life. Sometimes they manifest themselves in different ways though. Have you recently been worried over some money issues....or concerned about spending too much lately....This could be the losing your hand bag dream. Bad dreams are usually stress related or things you choose not to deal with and they sit in your subconscience and work there way out in your dreams. With a little more awareness of your waking hours you may get it all figured out.

Actually, everyone finds it hard to explain their dreams, and no i dont beleive your brain is like a computer, a human brain is far more advanced than the most advanced computer in the world!
You could possibly be having a little spot of insecurity, but then again, everyone does! its normal so nothing to worry about! just keep your handbag in plain sight and close to you if your worried!

Dreaming vividly is usually a sign that you are not getting enough rest. During sleep, our bodies require a certain amount of REM sleep. This is the stage of sleep in which we dream. If the mind is deprived, it goes into fast forward mode and REM periods overlap eachother, causing vivid and in many cases nightmarish and disturbing dreams. Increasing the amount of sleep you get can lead to more pleasant dreams.

They both are based on our experience, of course, there is exceptional.
Losing handbag could mean sign of insecurity, or could serve as symbol of warning. Sometimes our subconscious mind will warn us in the dream so that in reality we will avoid from it.
