use the peroxide, but soak the cottonball in peroxide, and squeeze your ear, it will drip everywhere!!! also, try to use only real gold post earrings, you can get them in white gold!! before you put the earrings in your ears, soak the earrings in peroxide, and coat the post (the part that goes in your ear) in neosporin, it will be greasy. put the clean neosporin coated earring in your ear, this way the infection heals from the inside out... dont use cheap earrings, only gold posted earrings!!! I have the same problem!
i cannot wear any earrings with nickel in them.

Are you wearing 100% real gold or silver earrings? My ear piercings are sensitive as well, though not as bad as yours, and gold or silver don't seem to bother them as bad. Also, keep cleaning your ears as well as your earrings every night in peroxide or other piercing antiseptic to help heal. You might want to check out if you have an allergy to metals too. That could be a possibility. Hope this helps.

I would definitely agree with the suggestion to have your metal allergies tested. I have a friend who's allergic to nickel so she always checks what her earrings are made of. Also, look for earrings that are marked as hypo-allergenic.
