My son got a ticket at 17 which is causing him a lot of problems. His attorney said that police officers aren't supposed to turn tickets over the state on juveniles. He went to court in our county and did everything he was supposed to do. Now the state has set up a hearing.

Can they? - Yes. Is it required? - Yes. Why would juveniles be exempt? Makes no sense.
