i had a headache and i think its cause i was tired then i thought i'd go in the shower then in the shower my nose started bleeding whats wrong?

The most obvious answer is hypertension. High blood pressure can cause a headache, and a nosebleed can also be a sign. If the blood pressure is high the body may try to relieve some of it, and the week vessels in the nose are often a place that breaks.
Do not hesitate to see your doctor, these symptoms may very well signify something else and should not be ignored.

Sounds like your blood pressure was a bit high , which can cause a headache . The increased pressure would look for a possible weak spot which could be your nose .
If you haven't had your BP checked recently I suggest you make an appointment at the surgery to have it checked as it can be a sign of some other underlying illness , and it is better to be on the safe side.

You could be having a brain aneurism. Those symptoms are classic signs. Go to the ER immediately. No joke.

13 year old people still have brain aneurisms. You don't have to be old to get one. I'm not going to go into details, mostly because I don't have the training to know why. All I know is that my First Aid training said that these symptoms were signs of an aneurism and that people OF ALL AGES with these signs should go to the ER immediately. Go.

You might wanna buy a humidifier for you're house cause it does sound like your house is dry and try to relax also cause if you are under any type of stress then your blood pressure can be high so chill..............

Its possible the air in your house is dry. It is that time of year.
But you might see a doctor. You could have allergies.
