I have this boyfriend and we have only seen eachother once everytime we go to meet he always makes up excuses =/
is he using me or is he just busy with other things?

he's not your boyfriend if he's only gone out with you once. It could be he's busy. I'd like to think he wouldn't keep making dates with you if he weren't interested in you but you don't say how old you are and he is, so it is possible he's playing a game and trying to see how many times he can make a date with you and cancel before you refuse to see him.
Even if he's really interested in you, it would depend on how many dates he's broken. 2, 3, 40? If it's only been 2-4, then he's probably busy and you should try maybe one more time. If it's been more than 5, I'd say he's too busy for a relationship just now and you should probably move on.

definitely, too busy equals seeing someone else....Never be a sucka for excuses....Hit the road and be happy your gone. People can be cowards and never tell you they are not interested and instead they go with the brush-off move..sorry, good luck

Does it matter why? Is this the kind of boyfriend you want? If the answer is NO, then you know your next move. If it's YES, why bother worrying about it?

its okay for a guy to be busy but too busy mite mean he's not really thinkin about you and in thats case i would break up with him

hmm well if EVERYTIME u try to do something, he 'cant' then unfortunately yeah, hes probably using u.
now if its only once in a while, then thats normal. he cant always be free!

i think you should move on and find someone who has time for you... you will be a lot happier once you find someone who has time for you...
