YES...Of course you can. Uncle Mikes Products make an inexpensive detachable swivel kit you can buy that uses the 10-22 front barrel band to mount the front swivel, but you will need to drill a whole in the butt stock for the rear swivel.
They are available thru Brownells.com (Online) or call them at 1-800-741-0015
Stock # 593-131-100AA (1311-2) and they cost $11.95 per set. These kits come with all you need to mount any sling.....
Gunsmith Hint. Before you drill your Butt stock for the rear swivel screw. Locate where you want to drill and cover the immediate area with a piece of 1" masking tape, then mark on the tape where you want to drill your hole. The tape will stop the area around the drlled hole from "chipping" and makes a much cleaner, nicer mounting job.......

i do no longer know the place people get the theory the Ruger 10/22 is "greater good", yet they are so off-base that's no longer humorous. I even have countless Marlin 60's. all of them have probable had greater advantageous than a million rounds run with the aid of them, and no problems in besides... and those are 40yr. previous rifles too. Reliability? My Marlin 60's have all been lifeless ON good. Mine like Federal Automatch, yet do unlike Remington Thunderbolts (and that's the only time i've got had a difficulty with them). Accuracy? The Marlin 60 has all of it over the ten/22, palms down. i could sense confident in putting all and sundry of mine up against ANY bolt action Savage .22, and one among them up against an Anshutz. with the aid of assessment, the ten/22 is pile of crap. purely to get *practically* precise as a Marlin, you will desire to sink $4 hundred into it. the ten/22 is in basic terms a relaxing plinker.

You will need a set of the screw in swivels for the sling to mount to. To mount these, you'll need to drill a couple of small holes in your wood stock. If you are not skilled at doing this sort of drilling, go ahead and pay your local gunsmith to do it for a small charge. Here's a nice set....

You sure can. I am sorry I don't remember which after market set I used, but the one listed above at Brownell's is a good one for sure. They are simple to install if you have a drill press, a little trickier if you are trying to drill the stock hole with a hand drill. JD has the scoop on the best method above.

Me I would get a chunck of Hemp rope and just tie it to the barrel and the pistol grip. There you got a sling and it cost you what all of about 3 cents.
